Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2017. Allegation is that he had agreed to sell a motorcycle to the informant which was subsequently found to be a stolen property. Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mithanpura Police Station Case No.
