ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 11-04-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with the leave to file a statutory appeal before the District Magistrate against the order dated 25.01.2021.

2. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a statutory appeal before the District Magistrate within a period of four weeks from today. On such appeal being filed, the same shall be entertained and necessary orders passed strictly in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the appeal by the petitioner. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be
