2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has cheated the informant of Rs. 14 Lakhs, thereafter, issued cheque to the informant also which bounced because of insufficient fund in the account.

4. The petitioner is accused in four more cases of cheating and cheque bounce. It appears that petitioner is involved in the business of cheating. He has not been granted

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application for regular bail is dismissed.
