Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Aungari (Pir Bigha) PS Case No.09 of 2017, registered under Sections 363 and 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that Dharmendra Yadav, the sonin-law of the informant, took away his brother-in-law to his home on the pretext of attending the marriage of his sister and there it is alleged that he was forcibly married. It is submitted that there is no allegation against the petitioner of taking away the son of the informant, the petitioner is the father of Dharmendra Yadav and petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.02.2018. Having considered the aforesaid facts and

No.30624 of 2018(2) dt.17-05-2018 2/2 circumstances, petitioner Yadunandan Prasad is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Aungari (Pir Bigha) PS Case No.09 of 2017.
