Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 72 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant aged 72 years and 65 years respectively. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against them and have no criminal antecedent.

No.3610 of 2023(2) dt.24-01-2023 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 72 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
