The petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under sections 304B/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner, being husband of the informant's daughter, is alleged to have committed cruelty and murder of his wife by poisoning her for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as the victim died due to heart disease. Petitioner is in custody since 17.6.2019.

There is allegation in the FIR that the petitioner
