2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harnaut (Chero O.P.) P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 354, 302, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was considered and rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79553 of 2024.

4. The prosecution case is that the accused persons had assaulted the victims. The petitioner is alleged to have fired upon the husband of the informant.

5. The petitioner is one of the assailants of the deceased.

6. The petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2024.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out of nine witnesses, four witnesses have been examined.

8. Considering the allegation and the fact that the trial is on the verge of conclusion, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

9. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

10. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not express any opinion on the merits of the case.
