2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 28.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52300 of 2024 and so far as the petitioner no. 9 is concerned to the extent that the name of the petitioner no. 9 be mentioned as "Raamoo Ram @ Ramu Ramu" in place of "Raamoo Ram" and for extension of period of surrendering and furnishing bail bond of the petitioner no. 9 in the court below.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of passing of the aforesaid bail order, petitioner was at Vadodara, Gujarat and due to communication gap between the petitioner and his counsel, the petitioner could not furnish his bail bond within the stipulated time period granted by this Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81511 of 2024(2) dt.22-11-2024 2/2 as there is no deliberate or willful latches on the part of the petitioner.

4. Learned APP for the State has no objection for the same.

5. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and considering the averments made in the application, the present Modification Application stands allowed.

6. Further two weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court concerned.

7. The name of petitioner no. 9 be read as 'Raamoo Ram @ Ramu Ram' in place of 'Raamoo Ram' in the order dated 28.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52300 of 2024.

8. Accordingly, the order dated 28.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52300 of 2024, stands modified to the above extent.
