2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302/34, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Priti Kumari, wife of the deceased. As per confessional statement of co-accused Priti Kumari, petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court concerned within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 624 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
