14-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application has been filed for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 224/2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506/34, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that over some land disputes the father and son seems to have indulged in fighting in which this petitioner being the son of the informant has allegedly assaulted him causing simple injuries. The petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2018 having no criminal antecedents.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case that the parties are father and son and the dispute seems to have arisen on selling of certain piece of land by the petitioner as also that the injuries are simple in nature, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case no. 224/2018. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J.) Rajeev/- U T
