2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case No.298 of 2023, registered for an offence punishable under Section 379 of the IPC.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, informant, namely, Ahsan Ali parked his motorcycle near Janani Hospital, and after returning he found that the said motorcycle was missing. It has been stated by the informant that two persons, namely, Rohit Kumar and Vikram Chaudhary were identified in CCTV footage.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78389 of 2024(2) dt.07-02-2025 2/2 present case. He next submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that no motorcycle has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused person had already been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 25.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.31005 of 2024.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that similarly situated co-accused person had already been granted bail by this Court, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case No.298 of 2023, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.
