ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2017 in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.457 of 2017 (Spl. POCSO) Case No.08/18 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 370, 372, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Patna.

Considering the fact that the petitioner Chhathia Devi along with Chaneshari Devi had enticed the two minor girls and had taken them away to Rajasthan and sold them and also because the victim girls under Section 164 Cr.P.C. have supported the prosecution case, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32856 of 2018 (3) dt.03-07-2018 2/2 regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, dismissed. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
