JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2018 Earlier prayer for pre-arrest bail of the appellant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.10.2017 passed in Cr.Appeal (SJ) No.2474 of 2017 with observation to conclude the trial within a period of seven months and there is allegation of commission of rape on the four months daughter of the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that trial has not been concluded till date within the time specified by this Court.

Heard learned Special P.P. also.

In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the appellant. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it as soon as possible. With the above observation, the appeal is dismissed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) spal/- U
