Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.171 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 7 of the E.C. and 3/5 of the Black Marketing Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not a PDS dealer. He is a free sale dealer of wheat and rice. He had only used the gunny bags having mark of FCI. Save and except suspicion there is no material against the petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32697 of 2018 (2) dt.05-06-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.171 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
