2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 384, 323, 307, 504, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 09.04.2024 at about 9 PM, while son of informant with his wife & children were going on motorcycle, these petitioners and other FIR named coaccused alongwith 5-6 unknown persons, variously armed, stopped him and demanded ransom and on protest, they abused and assaulted them with butt of gun, iron rod and danda. They also snatched Mangalsutra from wife of informant's son and cash of Rs. 15,000/- from pocket of informant's son.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that admittedly, there is land dispute between the parties and informant is Gotiya of these petitioners. Case and counter case and only with a view to put pressure on petitioners, this false and concocted case has been lodged. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate - III, Barh, District - Patna in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 301 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
