1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to grant the revised pension and after calculation of same the arrears amount thereof in lieu of revised pension to be paid to the petitioner."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the grievances of the petitioner has already stood redressed inasmuch as the relevant documents, alongwith sanction order, issued by the department was

Patna High Court CWJC No.16648 of 2023(3) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 forwarded to the office of the Accountant General of Bihar on 04.04.2024, for payment of the outstanding amount of pension, as per the computation made with regard to the revised family pension, under the amended rules and the same was also approved by the office of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna by an order dated 21.05.2024, whereupon orders have been issued to equally distribute the pension amongst the legal heirs. It is also submitted that in case the said outstanding amount of pension has not been paid to the legal heirs of the deceased Late Yashoda Nandan and his wife, Late Shri Shushila Devi, the same shall definitely be paid, within a period of four weeks from today. It is directed accordingly.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
