2. By the impugned order dated 17.10.2022 passed in Title Suit No. 402 of 2016, the amendment application filed by the plaintiff-petitioner has been dismissed.

3. I have examined the proposed amendments. It has been rightly held by the Court below that the propose amendments will change the nature and status of the land, which is not permissible.

4. In there circumstances, this application is dismissed
