JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 29-11-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for his transfer as per Rule-3, read with Rule 5(kha) of the Bihar Nationalized Elementary Teacher Transfer(Disciplinary Action and Promotion) Rules, 2018.

Without entering into the merit of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer(Establishment), Gaya to consider the case of the petitioner for transfer in terms of Rule-3, read with Rule5(kha) of the Bihar Nationalized Elementary Teacher Transfer

Patna High Court CWJC No.21376 of 2019(2) dt.29-11-2019 2/2 (Disciplinary Action and Promotion) Rules, 2018 at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
