Petitioner is accused in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 609 of 2019 registered under Sections 25(1-b) A/26/27/35 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is recovery of only one cartridge from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2019, having no criminal antecedent.
