2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1), 61 and 3(5) of the BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the accused persons including these petitioners under a conspiracy committed murder of the husband of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are only alleged to be involved in the conspiracy to plan the murder of the informant's husband. There is no specific allegation of any assault or overt

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 193 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ( BNSS) , 2023.
