The petitioner has been in custody since 23.01.2018 in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 3 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire case is false and mischievous and only because there had been a dispute between the doctor and the present petitioner with regard to heavy fee being charged by him for the treatment, the petitioner and his associate have been falsely implicated in connection with the present case. It is submitted that at the very point of time when the petitioner had gone to take treatment the

It is further submitted that when the petitioner came to know about the case, he has himself surrendered and, thereafter, he was made to give self-confessional statement before the police which has no evidentiary value. Considering the facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has already been in jail for over five months, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 3 of 2018.
