Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384,386,506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR reveals that ransom was demanded on mobile phone. Others are named in the FIR whereas the petitioner is not named in the FIR. The impugned order reveals that the petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2017 and his prayer has been refused mainly for the reason that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts of this case especially completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34765 of 2018 (2) dt.19-06-2018 pending in connection with Raj Nagar Police Station Case No.69 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
