2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 427, 379, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per F.I.R., the allegation against petitioner is that he alongwith other co-accused persons, armed with deadly weapons, assaulted the informant and her family members. It is further alleged that on the order of co-accused Full Kumar Rai, this petitioner assaulted with sword on the head of Ravindra Rai.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that from bare perusal of the F.I.R., it is apparent that said Ravindra Rai was assaulted by four persons including this petitioner. Admittedly,

From perusal of injury report, it appears that said Ravindra Rai sustained three injuries, caused by hard and blunt substance and doctor has reserved his opinion regarding nature of injury. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the backdrop of the case in which alleged occurrence took place and clean antecedent of petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st Rosera, District - Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 374 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U
