The petitioner has been in custody since 15.04.2018 in connection Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 327 of 2017 with registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant and the petitioner are own brothers and it is highly improbable that he will come with his wife to commit such crime. Moreover, the entire allegations have been wildly levelled and the injuries have been found to be simple in nature. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the occurrence may have taken place on account of family dispute

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33745 of 2018 (3) dt.12-07-2018 2/2 as has been submitted in the bail application. Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Gopalganj, in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 327 of 2017.
