ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Nath Nagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No.165 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the mother of the boy, who had eloped with the daughter of the informant. It is further submitted that the girl has been recovered and the marriage has been solemnized and the petitioner, being the mother of the boy, has no role in the said love marriage.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the victim girl is enjoying a happy

No.73964 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 conjugal life with her husband, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Bhagalpur, in connection with Nath Nagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No.165 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
