The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 159 of 2016 registered under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of the offence as also the fact that the petitioner is named in the FIR with specific allegation that he along with others looted mobile and other belongings of the informant, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
