Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajnagar P.S.Case No.154 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been named in the FIR and during course of confessional statement of co-accused, the name of the petitioner has transpired and there is no evidentiary value in the eye of law. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72094 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Madhubani/Successor Court in connection with Rajnagar P.S.Case No.154 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
