The petitioner is in custody in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody in connection with seizure of 25 liters of liquor. Learned counsel submits that only on the suspicion petitioner has been arrested in the instant case and he is in custody since 28.04.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and petitioner has remained in custody for more than two months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39259 of 2018(2) dt.09-07-2018 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2018.
