Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sasaram (Nagar) P.S.Case No.76 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the FIR, theft was committed in the mobile shop of the informant to the tune of Rs.1,07,000/- and as per the CCTV footage three persons were present and they have disclosed the name of the petitioner.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.68953 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Nagar) P.S.Cae No.76 of 2019 dated 2.2.2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that co-operate in the investigation and appear before the police a and when required..
