2. The petitioner is in custody in connection GRP Rail P.S Case No. 612 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 504, 506, 379, 365, 363(A) IPC and 141 of Railway Act.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, informant on his way to Deoghar with his brother and family members, petitioner and co-accused persons assaulted

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR and the name of the petitioner was surfaced from the confessional statement of co-accused. No recovery was made from the possession of the petitioner and he is in judicial custody since 18.07.2023. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
5. However, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. On perusal of the impugned order, it appears that investigation is already concluded and charge sheet has been submitted no TIP was conducted. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
