The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 194 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the petitioner having been caught when he was trying to steal tractor of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 27.08.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
