Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115, 116, 118, 400, 401, 402/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that though the petitioner was apprehended on suspicion, nothing was recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 21.04.2018 and has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35443 of 2018 (2) dt.26-06-2018 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with G.R. Case No.465 of 2018, arising out of Laukahi P.S. Case No.58 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
