Petitioner is in custody in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No.94 of 2017 for the offence under sections 302/201/394/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case the name of the petitioner as suspect was introduced for the first time after three months of the occurrence.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.3.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34384 of 2018(3) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Lakhisarai, in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017.
