JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-06-2018 As earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners were already disposed of vide order dated 19.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23265 of 2018, with direction to the petitioner to surrender and pray for regular bail and the trial court was directed to consider the same on the basis of materials available on record as well as the fact that petitioners were earlier on police bail, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order rather the petitioner shall surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks and pray for regular bail and the court below after considering the materials available on record and also the fact that the petitioners were on police bail earlier, shall pass an appropriate order.

With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
