Mr. Md. Arif ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Manpur P.S.Case No. 09 of 2018 registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that informant's daughter, married with Dindayal Chaudhary, was done to death and dead body was disposed of on account of non fulfillment of demand of dowry and the accusation against the petitioner is that he had also told the informant that if demand is not fulfilled his daughter would be done to death.

Submission is that petitioner is not the family member of the deceased's in- law's family even not distantly related so he is not concerned with any demand of dowry. Earlier a case under Section 498 A of the Indian Penal Code was instituted by

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Santosh Chaudhary is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- 5th Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 09 of 2018.
