The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Barun P.S Case No. 14 of 2018 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that in the first information report, the only allegation against the petitioner is that he did not hand over the charge of Chairman of the Khaira PACS to the new incumbent and there is no whisper of any criminal breach of cheating against him, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, he is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35980 of 2018 (2) dt.03-07-2018 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 14 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
