2. This petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "1.

That, this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ (s), direction (s) for commanding the respondents to renew the license of the saw mill of the petitioner, namely, M/S Ganesh Timber situated at Banuchhapar, Bettiah, Police StationBettiah Muffasil (Banuchhapar O.P.), District-West Champaran, which is in the name of petitioner's father late Bamdev Mishra and after renewal include the name of saw mill of the petitioner, namely, M/S Ganesh Timber situated at Banuchhapar, Bettiah, Police

Patna High Court CWJC No.17603 of 2023(2) dt.12-09-2024 2/2 Station-Bettiah Muffasil (Banuchhapar O.P.), District-West Champaran in the seniority list of the District, which is running since 1991, and the father of the petitioner, namely, late Bamdev Mishra has already applied for renewal of his license of mill in the year 1994 and 1995 respectively, but the same has not been renewed for which the petitioner has no fault.

AND/OR For passing such other order or orders for which the petitioner will be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if he is allowed to approach, respondent no.1, the Principal Secretary, Environment and Forest Department, Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of his grievance in view of the fact that to his knowledge the State Government is taking certain decisions for granting new licenses.

4. Granting said liberty and without making any comment on the merit of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of.
