Petitioner is in custody in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No. 575 of 2017 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

From the stamp report, it appears that other coaccused namely, Manoj Paswan was granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 23.1.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 2662 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38114 of 2018(2) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No. 575 of 2017.
