The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Surajpura P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 457, 380 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the petitioners having tried to commit theft in the house of the informant. However, upon an alarm being raised, co-villagers had arrived and caught the accused persons. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case and they are having clean antecedents. It is further

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76425 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 submitted that the petitioners are languishing in custody since 13.06.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bikramganj in connection with Surajpura P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019.
