Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

Submission is that only one live cartridge was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barauni (Chakiya) P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018, subject to the condition that the
