Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 500 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act and Section 37(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner was arrested in drunken condition and during medical examination Alcohol was found in his body. Learned counsel submits that in connection with Arms Act and Prohibition

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37263 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 of Excise Act, total custody of the petitioner is more than seven months, as he is in custody since 03.11.2017. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Judge, Patna in connection with Masaurhi P.S.
