Petitioner seeks bail in Amdabad P.S. Case no. 34/2018 registered under sections 302, 307 and other allied sections of the IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that as per allegation in the F.I.R, at best, petitioner is an order giver and those who inflicted injuries have been allowed bail under various orders contained in Annexures 6 and 7(a) to the petition. Learned counsel for the informant points out that application for bail of co-accused Md. Hakim has recently been rejected.

There are at least three cases pending against the petitioner since before. Factum of criminal antecedent is not reflected in the orders which are relied upon by counsel for the petitioner.

Having regard to the nature of allegation, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected for the present.
