Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 436, 379 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act, Sections 13, 16, 17 and 20 of the U.A.P. Act, Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act and Section 4 fo the Damage of Public Property Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. Similarly situated accused persons have been granted bail vide order dated 07.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54436 of 2015. Petitioner is in custody since 28.02.2018.
