The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mali P.S. Case No.15/2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner put submersible pumping set in his personal tube well in stead of putting the same in government tube well. When the inquiry was made, the petitioner became infuriated and assaulted the son and grand son namely Santosh Singh and Abhimanyu Singh by sword on their heads.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no occurrence as alleged by the informant has ever taken place.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34676 of 2018 (2) dt.03-07-2018 2/2 Santosh Singh and Abhimanyu Singh got one lacerated wound and another abrasion. The injuries found on the person of the injured are simple in nature. It is further submitted that many persons were present there. There appears to have some altercation between two sides in which Santosh Singh and Abhimanyu Singh got simple injury.

Considering the aforesaid fact and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad, in connection with Mali P.S. Case No.15/2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
