The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 37 of 2012, registered for offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 436 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. There is no evidence to connect the petitioner in the present case. The petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2019.
