Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26,35 of the Arms Act. A loaded country made pistol and two mobile phones were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2017.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of one year of custody, if the trial is not concluded in the meantime on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

No.35811 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) Police Station Case No.369 of 2017, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
