Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 409 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the E.C. Act, 1955.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has not committed any offence is alleged in the F.I.R. From the allegation also, total loss is only of 8.6 quintals of wheat and 16.15 quintals of rice which comes to Rs. 6565/- which is a meager amount. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68245 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-1, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S.
