2. This writ application has been filed:

(i) for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to grant the monetary benefits of 2nd MACP w.e.f. 01.01.2009 to the petitioner, (ii) for directing the respondents to pay arrears of difference of salary of 2nd MACP amounting to Rs. 2,42,730/- along with statutory interest @ 121⁄2 % to the petitioner, and

Patna High Court CWJC No.17400 of 2024(2) dt.18-11-2024 2/2 (iii) to grant any other consequential benefits for which petitioner my found entitled in accordance with law.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this regard, petitioner has also filed an application before respondent no. 6/District Programme Officer (Secondary Education, Gaya) and vide Annexure P/4, the Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Gaya has communicated that respondent no. 6, vide order contained in letter no. 207 dated 11.03.2024, has disposed of his application stating therein that the claim of the petitioner has been accepted and payment of claim is underprocess, but till date, same has not been paid to the petitioner.

4. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 6 to expedite the process and pay all the admissible dues to the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order.
