Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 10, 13, 16(B), 18, 19, 20 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Explosive Substance Act.

The F.I.R. has been registered against unknown on recovery of a cane bomb. The impugned order reveals that name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 01.11.217. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the fact that a co-ordinate Bench of this Court has ordered grant of bail to co-

No.37620 of 2018 (2) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 accused persons namely, (1) Gajednra Rawat and (2) Shekhar Rawat @ Shekhar Bin @ Shekhar Beish, after framing of the charge, let the petitioner, above named, be also released on bail, after framing of the charge, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mohammadpur Police Station Case No.26 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
