2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 379, 341 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is of snatching the documents from the hand of Government Official Smt. Neelam Kumari, Anganwadi Mahila Supervisor and also looted the other papers and caused obstruction in discharge of official duty, selection process of assistants.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not

He submits that the wife of the petitioner has lodged a case against the informant and others and, therefore, the present case was falsely lodged against the petitioner only in order to save her skin from the case filed by the wife of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the offence, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 865 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) anand/- U T
